This work aid is used to stop the tail rotor from flapping when checking the blade pitch angles. This is used in conjunction with the 407 tailrotor rigging block which is used to check the pitch angle.
This is our lightweight 3D printed design that we feel works better than the original Bell work aid found here.
Tighten all mounting bolts evenly during aircraft installation to avoid inducing stress in the component. Do not fully tighten one side before the other. A gap between the two pieces is normal when installed correctly.
