We designed this puller after receiving reports that the 429 is having problems with head removal.
Remove the mast nut and four hub through bolts.
Place pressing plug on the mast.
Install the puller plate with the aluminum spacers underneath it.
Then install the 4 puller bolts and nuts & washers.
Tighten the center one inch bolt until the head pops off.
