Requested by a mechanic, this T-bar is offset 6.5 degrees at the very end. You can use a fancy digital protactor to set the elevator angle, or you can get this easy to use, permanently set angle T-bar, that won't fluctuate readings on top of a helicopter that's shaking in the wind.
It also works inside of a hangar for the guys who have that privilege.
