This is the new seal installer from Rolls-Royce's Commercial Service Letter.
This was designed for installing the new lip seals (23091467) which include a supplied installation mandrel.
Although it will also work on the old lip seals (23079054) we, however, suggest work aid (RR250SEAL) for installation of the old lip seals since they do not include an installation mandrel.
