Expandable blade bolts require 600 hour or 12 month inspection.
Those inspections require removing the segments on the expandable bolts and inspecting for corrosion and wear.
This work aid assists by maintaining all the segments in the proper order. Instructions can be found in the 407 maintenance manual in chapter 62.
