If you are just window shopping, this item is for drilling a hole in tail rotor gearbox. From the Bell TB: "During aircraft operations, it has been determined that oil accumulates in the 206-040-410 bearing gallery of the tail rotor (T/R) gearbox. Accumulated oil may enter the T/R output shaft, then leak from the area of the T/R crosshead.
This bulletin provides a procedure to drill an oil return hole, preventing leakage at the T/R crosshead"
